About Me and the Westies

Hello there, my name is Michele Ann. I have had the privilege of being owned by West Highland White Terriers for quite a few years now and have grown to love them so much.

I consider them my Westie children that God has created and are the loves of my life. I groom them myself except they go in to a professional groomer twice a year to get all phoo-phooed up.

Occasionally, I breed my Westies and do the best I can to achieve the best quality Westie pups possible, in order to keep the breed as close to what the standard calls for.

If you are interested in possibly being approved to be on my waiting list for a Westie puppy let me know and I will send you my questionnaire to complete and send back to me. This would be the first step. If you are instead interested in more information about the Westie Rescue program, please contact me so I can lead you in the right direction depending on where you live.

I do not ship my Westies. Family's who are not local usually fly here and then fly back with the pup on board with them in the passenger area or they plan a "mini vacation" for adoption day and drive. :-)

I will not place my pups in any homes for breeding purposes or a home that has a kennel situation. If anyone is interested in showing, then there is a different contract and guidelines to follow.

It's important to me that my pups are placed in homes with families that know this wonderful breed and will provide a loving, safe environment as well.

Anyone who has had the pleasure of being owned by a Westie, always wants a Westie, as they are great intelligent and clever companions, playful entertainers, good hunters, and they refuse to be ignored!
