| Shopping at Michele's Bark-n-Purr Toy Store is really quite easy. Using the "Search" feature brings you to a powerful search utility. On this page you may search for a product by its category, and/or by descriptive "keyword." You may also enter the products ID number if you know it. After you have made your selection, click the search button at the bottom of the page to initiate the search. |  |

You will see a list of items matching your search criteria with a corresponding description of that item, its price, and the "Add To Cart" button at the right side of the page. Clicking on the image will bring up a larger view. To purchase an item, just type in the Quantity and click on the "Add To Cart" button. If |  |
| You will then see a confirmation message showing the product you ordered, and that it has been added to your order. At this point, if you wish to search for more products, click the "Continue Shopping" button. If you wish to go finalize your order, click the "Checkout" link at the bottom of the page. |  |
| The checkout process now begins. This screen will show all items you have ordered and allow you to change quantities or delete an item altogether. Next, select the Country and the State in which you reside in, then press the "Finalize Order" button. |  |
| When this screen appears, you are now in secure server mode, and ALL information being exchanged is encrypted. Notice the lock in the lower right edge of the browser window. This your assurance that the session is indeed securely encrypted and that your information is safe from prying eyes. |  |
| Scrolling down the same page brings up the order form. All fields required are clearly noted. Select the payment type, enter the required purchaser information. There are 2 address blocks on the order form. The first is the customers billing address. We verify ALL orders with our bank. Please make sure that the info you fill in matches your bank account's BILLING address. The 2nd address block may be left blank IF you would like the order shipped to the BILLING address. Otherwise fill in the information in the 2nd address area for shipments to a different address. Note: If your billing address does not match up, your order will be delayed until we receive the correct information. When finished, click the "Complete Order" button. |  |
